central gem with stellar service
central location helpful staff efficient staff quick work
the location is unbeatable. it's right by the mtr station (tsuen wan line and tsim sha tsui station) and near shops. cantons road and the avenue of stars are also close. the bell staff was very helpful (always ready to assist!), and the front-desk staff worked quickly. the housekeeping staff were also super efficient.
i found the breakfast quality to be just average (the indian food selection wasn't great).

the room was spacious and clean. it included useful amenities, such as a water filter. the toilet was also a good size, contributing to a comfortable and convenient experience staying at the hotel. i found everything in order.

mixed feelings about this stay
small room size chipped tiles
the room size was smaller than expected. i booked a premium room but it felt quite cramped. the bathroom had some visible wear and tear, with chipped tiles and a slow-draining sink. also, the noise from the street was noticeable, even on a higher floor. i did not sleep that well.

mixed feelings about my stay
slow process loud air conditioner
i was really looking forward to my stay but i left feeling disappointed. the check-in process was slow and disorganized i waited a long time even though it was not peak hours. once i got to my room i found that the air conditioner was loud it made it difficult to sleep soundly through the night.

Amazing HK experience
generous welcome helpful staff convenient location accomodating staff
I enjoyed the generous welcome by the staff, especially Aimma. She is a definite credit to this hotel. She was helpful, polite, and accomodating, I felt very charmed. Location is fantastic. It is very convenient to access the MTR.
My room furniture was a bit old, and the chair at the desk was worn out.

I had a Premium Room with good air conditioning and plenty of storage. The room was very clean. I found it restful after a long day. The bed provided a restful nights sleep.

Staff was warm, friendly, and professional throughout my entire stay. I especially appreciate Aimma and her dedicated service. She was always ready to assist me. I felt cared for and valued as a guest.

The hotel is in a very convenient area near shopping and restaurants. It's a two-minute walk to the waterfront. I enjoyed the easy access. The MTR station across the road is a great benefit.

rainfall shower breakfast buffet
i had a premium room and the cleanliness was perfect the bathroom had a rainfall shower the location was close to many shops and restaurants making it very accessible. the hotel offers a breakfast buffet with a decent selection the staff was very kind and helpful throughout my stay
